Brian B. Shynin' is home grown talent, being born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri, B. Shynin' knows everything there is to know about Kansas City.
B. Shynin' graduated from Northeast High School in 2003 and went on to receive his bachelor of science degree in Mass Communication from Northwest Missouri State University in 2008. B. Shynin' was first introduced into the broadcasting world in 2004 while attending Northwest. B. Shynin' gained a large amount of experience from working at the on-campus radio and television stations.
In the spring of 2006 B. Shynin' entered into the Carter Broadcast Group Internship Program and took full advantages of its opportunities. By 2007 B. Shynin' came back for another internship with the Carter Broadcast Group, except the internship turned into a job opportunity. "The Guiding Light", as Brian is referred to sometimes, can be heard on Hot 103 Jamz! as well as Gospel 1590 KPRT. For more information about Brian B. One of the greatest, most lyrical, smooth, flow heavy rappers ever to pick up a mic passed away on March 9th, 1997. At the time I was 11 years old and couldn't really understand the impact this had on Hip-Hop. Now that I am older and have researched this subject, it was a dark day in urban music. Biggie influenced me growing up with his confidence, mouth piece, style and pizazz. He was as smooth as they came and lyrically gifted. R.I.P to one of the greatest to ever do it... Christopher Wallace... aka Frank White... aka Biggie, aka Raw C Poppa, aka Big Poppa, aka The Notorious B.I.G.

They should be immediately fired because this was intently done in bad taste. Clearly they aren't responsible so they need to be taught responsibility the hard way. Imagine if it was the other way around...
