Drake drew first blood….A witness told the Daily News that his tryst with Rihanna started the bloody brawl at a Manhattan club that injured eight –even Tony Parker of the Spurs! And Brown’s lawyer says he gave the NYPD proof that Drake started the whole thing. “Drake threw the bottle at Brown, but it missed him and hit his bodyguard,” Kenneth McCray told The News on Friday. “It looked like it was Drake that started throwing bottles.” McCray, an aspiring director and musician who performs as K-Mac, said he was just a few feet away when Drake’s posse then began bombarding Brown and his crew with bottles at the SoHo nightspot. “After Drake’s crew threw a few bottles the other side started returning bottles,” said McCray, 23, of the Bronx. “It was crazy. Some of the bottles were already full. They were like bombs. People were running and screaming.” K-Mac said he could also see Drake throwing punches. “I saw Drake swinging,” he said. “But I couldn’t tell if he hit Brown or his bodyguard.” And Breezy’s attorney is all over this! “I turned over evidence that clearly demonstrates that it is Drake who instigated all of this,” high-powered lawyer Mark Geragos said. “I think it’s clear that the cops view Chris, Pat and Karrueche as victims.” Brown needed “numerous” stitches to close the wound on his chin, Geragos said. His gal pal had a concussion and his bodyguard’s head wound required 18 stitches. Drake’s rep insisted in a statement the Drizzy “did not participate in any wrongdoing of any kind.” The rapper has not been questioned by police or charged with a crime – though some say an arrest may be pending. M-E-S-S-Y.

And while Ri Ri may have been at the center of the drama, ol’ girl had nothing to say when questioned about her thoughts on the epic showdown.. The star kept mum when reporters caught up with her leaving Jay-Z’s 40/40 night club Thursday night, TMZ reports. "The Pacquiao fight?" she said when asked what she thought about the altercation. "I didn't finish watching it." She got jokes…But was spotted Trey Songz, DJ Clue and Ne-Yo. New York Giants safety Antrel Rolle was also hanging out.

The Game knows a thing or two about celebrity feuds so he had some advice for Chris Brown and Drake — squash that beef, ASAP. “Chris Brown is like my little brother, man … and Drake is a cool dude … they just need to cut that out. It ain’t worth it.” Game should know … he famously beefed with 50 Cent and G-Unit for years! He ain’t trying to be the “peacemaker” stating , “I’m gonna stay out of their beef … it’s for the birds.”

Chris Bosh’s 3-year-old daughter will have to watch her daddy’s 2012 Olympic run on TV — a judge has refused to give the Miami Heat star permission to take his baby girl to London next month. Chris asked the judge to give him the green light to take her to London to watch him play — a move his baby mama Allison Mathis was fighting because of possible…ready? Terrorism. Really Allison? Sigh. But the judge was feelin’ her— refusing to let Bosh take their daughter overseas. It’s unclear exactly why the judge ruled against Bosh.

And say it ain’t so! Tongues are waggin’ J-Lo’s boy toy has his own boo – another dude Smart has allegedly been in a relationship with another man for two years and is still with dude while dating cougar! While she is hookin’ it up with Casper’s monthly allowance, gifts and shopping sprees, could a man be the beneficiary of her generosity? Tongues are wagging: yep! The allowance that Casper gets every month, he’s been giving most of it to his boyfriend. No confirmation but SMH.

Tiki Barber and fiancée Traci Lynn Johnson may have postponed their Hamptons nuptials last month, but showing much PDA at an event this week, he gave some tea on the big day. The couple’s wedding plans — moved back from May so Barber’s divorce could be finalized — are “going well, keeping on schedule.” Never forget Trace – you got with him when he was married, he left his pregnant-with-twins wife…expect a ricochet. Recently, he put his Beverly Hills property on the market, but he’s also liquidating his luxury assets – as a part of his plan to keep his soon-to-be ex-wife from getting paid! This news comes about a month after it was announced Martin and Shamicka Lawrence filed for divorce after just two-years of marriage. Supposedly, he told her ‘If you’re not comfortable living in a $23-Million dollar home and what I’m offering, you should get to steppin'.” Ouch! After 15 years, what? But supposedly, Shamicka ain’t gonna get what she wanted from the divorce. Though they were common law for 15-years, once married, the common law years are not recognized by the court. Shamicka and Martin were married for only two years, so that means she’ll only get money from their actual union via marriage. Wow. Stay tuned.

Two security guards injured in the Pacman strip club shooting All Star Weekend of 2007 are finally receiving their big payout. Aaron Cudworth and Thomas Urbanski were 2 out of 3 people shot outside of Minxx Strip Club. Although Pacman was not the shooter, he was sued for the shooting.  A Nevada jury found Pacman responsible for the shooting and awarded Cudworth $1.3 million in damages. Urbanski, who was paralyzed from the waist down was awarded $9.6 million.

 James Harden allegedly took a Miami chic Henchi (AKA Barbie Brittania) out to Prime 112. And afterward, they went out to the club. No problem..right? Maybe not. Not only is he linked to Trina but our MTO fam says this chic is a close “friend” of Lebron. If so, he gonna jack up Game 3! You know his focus gets off. But Michael Jordan thinks this is the year he’ll get his ring. We’ll see…

You can add another name to the list of people who want tales of their relationship with the late Whitney Houston published. Gospel singer BeBe Winans has announced plans to release a book next month entitled “The Whitney I Knew”. This read will offer ”heart-breaking accounts that led to her ultimate defeat.” Plus the book will feature photos and personal videos of the singer never released to the public. It drops July 31.
