They may not be besties but at least no charges will be filed.  Breezy has decided not to press charges against Drake or Meek Mill in the now infamous bottle throwing brawl at club W.i.P in New York. A source says,  "Chris and Drake don’t want to be in the same room as each other but neither of them want to get authorities involved,” the source says. “They aren’t going to press charges. The only people who will try to are the bystanders who want their fifteen minutes.” It's been confirmed that Drake was the one who wrote a nasty note to Chris about sleeping withRihanna — this is what started the brawl.

However....the consequences stemming from the whole Drake and Breezy "Bottles and Dem' Some" brawl still has more fall out. Spurs player Tony Parker is suing Club W.i.P. for $20 million for injuries he sustained during the bottle bashing incident. Parker claims the club should have never allowed both of Rihanna's exes in the establishment at the same time. In lawsuit documents filed in New York State Supreme court on Thursday, Parker calls W.i.P.’s security negligent for letting the brawl escalate to the point bottles began being thrown. Rihanna's 'cake' is causing some problems...

K. Michelle of "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" sufferred abuse at the hands of Toya Wright's hubby, Memphitz, right? Though she doesn't name him per se, it is known in the industry he is the culprit. Well, talking to Eygpt Sherrod out the ATL, she pretty much name dropped him - after all, saying "you wish them both well" when asked about the two, implicates him. So Memphitz took to instagram to practically let K. Michelle have it saying he "made " her - he says he "installed" (not installed like a car stereo!) her bodacious donk, boobies, teeth and threw in a pic of Pinnochio - I guess to say she's lying?? IDK but I am SMH...

And yep! It seems the folks who were hot about 'Basketball Wives" aren’t done complaining. This time, they target "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta." Beyonce used her Tumblr page to congratulate Timmy Kelly, an 18-year-old young man who lives with Cerebral Palsy and is blind. She met Timmy when he was just 13. Since then, he has graduated from High School and been accepted to college! Bey penned her old friend a letter:“The first time I met Timmy Kelly was in 2007, backstage at the Grammys. He was only 13 and he touched my heart with his voice and his love of music and life. He’s now 18 and he’s graduated high school - I’m so proud of him! Timmy was born blind, and with cerebral palsy. But this never slowed him down - he has proven to everyone, that anything is possible if you believe in yourself and work hard. In Philadelphia, he’s known as the good luck charm to the Eagles and whenever he sings the national anthem before a game they always win. His strength and determination is an inspiration. Speaking of which, the bitter divorce between them could get nastier because Kris's legal team is considering issuing a subpoena for the reality star’s ex-boyfriend, Reggie Bush, to be deposed! We talked yesterday in "It's Like That" about Kim's legal team has formally subpoenaed Kris’ ex-flame, Myla Sinanaj, to dish about her relationship with the NBA star. Humphries accused the New York City hotel worker of attempting to extort him for millions of dollars because she allegedly threatened to go public with intimate details of their relationship. Myla’s attorney says there is absolutely no evidence that she ever asked Humphries for any money. And of course,Humphries’ attorneys will issue a subpoena for Kim Kardashian’s boyfriend, Kanye West, to be deposed. The gloves are now off because Kim is dragging Humphries ex-flame into the divorce, and for a very long time Kris’ lawyers wanted to go after the men in Kim’s life, but he didn’t want to put her personal life under scrutiny-however, the New Jersey Nets b-baller has given the green light to his lawyers. “There were reports late last year that Kim was considering getting back together with Reggie, and his lawyers would like to know what she said to him about the divorce, and her decision to file for divorce...Kris isn’t intimidated or threatened by Kim and her lawyers. He isn’t thrilled that Myla will be deposed, but he has nothing to hide. If Kim wants to go down this road, he has no choice but to do the same thing. In her first interview since their daughter Trinity was born three years ago, Mathis says she doesn’t understand why Bosh is ignoring her pleas for help after she lost her job last month, placing her on the edge of foreclosure and public assistance.Worse? She says Bosh has spent upward of $2 million on lawyers to keep his child support payment at $2,600 a month. Whut!?  But Allison  believed the baby would equal marriage. Really, A? Did you not get the memo- a baby doesn't always mean a ring on it! That can backfire! Instead they broke up when she was six months pregnant, and she eventually moved to Orlando to be with her family. What probably really stung?Chris Bosh married Adrienne Williams last year, and the couple had their first child last month. Ouch. Dennis Rodman's ex-wife Michelle has obtained a temporary restraining order against the former NBA star.The move stems from a May incident when Rodman, "drunkenly barged into his ex-wife's house... early in the morning, attacked her, then insisted on taking her and their son out for breakfast ... where he slammed 4-6 Jägermeister shots"! Really, D!? Michelle Rodman is further taking action today to make the restraining order permanent, per TMZ.The report goes on to say that, "At breakfast, Michelle said Dennis got even more wasted, ordering 4-6 shots of Jägermeister [in front of his son]," and that the former Detroit Piston also allegedly made comments about Michelle's boyfriend, yelling, "You're [bleeping] this white guy!"TMZ says that the hearings over the permanent restraining order continue today, and Rodman's expected to take the stand. He's also due in another LA courtroom today, TMZ reported, "to fight his $51,000-a-month child support payments." This cat...so special.

Although Amber Rose’s voice wasn’t that bad, when the girl starting saying things like she was in the studio getting her Beyonce on...naw, boo boo. In a recent interview she explained why we haven’t heard anything from her musically since she dropped her track in January. “I got engaged and I decided not to go through with an album because I just feel like it’s a bit too much. I’m 28 now and me and Wiz are in love and we’re thinking about having kids … to do shows and start a music career is just not on the cards for me.” Ok then.
