Last week, Usher had to file a temporary restraining order against a stalker who showed up repeatedly at his Georgia home demanding entrance.  But peep it:  Usher’s ex-wife, Tameka Raymond, plans to use that incident against him in court as they battle over their sons for custody. I don’t’ see how but word is Tameka plans to use the stalking incident as evidence as to why Usher should not be allowed custody of the kids. According to the restraining order documents Usher filed against the stalker, Usher feared for the “safety of his immediate family.”  So sneaky Meeka is planning to bring this up in court, citing that she too is afraid for the safety of her children while in Usher’s care, especially since Usher’s stalker was able to get access to his front door, despite the fact that he keeps a security team on staff, and lives in a gated community. Dag. We’ll see. But for real… clearly she has reached a new low here.

He just released a new album last week, performed at the BET awards show, and now it looks like rapper Rick Ross has something else to celebrate! A court-ordered DNA test has just determined that the rapper is 100% NOT THE FATHER of a three year old in Florida.The test was part of an on-going paternity suit against the rapper.   If you recall,  last year 36-year-old Tyrisha Childers filed a paternity suit against Rozay, claiming that he fathered a child with her and never paid her any child support.  Ross fired back at Childers, saying that he never even slept with her. Wow! And…looks like he didn’t!  The  DNA test supports Ross’ claims so goodbye, lady! Ol' girl betta get her “bag of money” from the real baby’s pappy!

Speaking of babies…former NBA star Eric “Cranium” Williams  - you know, “Basketball Wives” ex Jennifer Williams - allegedly had a secret child in 2011. Shut up! And he and Jen don’t have kids!  Now, the baby mama wants him to ante up the child support ASAP. Tavia Serena Cannon filed a Complaint for Support in PA last week, she claims she had a child with Eric in October 2011. Cannon says she makes $300/week babysitting and wants him to cough up  cash and medical coverage for the kid. But here’s the clincher: at the time the baby was allegedly conceived - Jan/Feb 2011 - the former NBAer was still married to Jennifer ! She didn’t file for divorce until June 2011. Word is, she had no clue. Their divorce is still pending in a NJ court. Sista bout to get some serious scrilla!

Joseline Hernandez of “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta”  is on my prayer list. FOR REAL. Her story last night was so sad – running away at 12, mom strung out, Stevie always throwin' in her face how he “saved” her! Stevie... did you not get the memo? You ain’t Jesus! You need Him - but you ain’t savin’ nobody! Anyhoo, Joseline still wrong as the side-chick in Mimi Faust and Stevie J’s relationship. Well, the reality star was allegedly beat up at an Atlanta night club, getting hit in the face by a fan who was asking questions.  Freddy O out the A got word from the alleged aggressor:“This is some bull….I am so tired of telling people what happened…My friend asked her Joseline ‘why would you get rid of the baby her and Stevie J’ had made…She then brushed my friend off (the chick was every NYC hood type) so my friend hit her. I mean, you can’t just brush people off in the club and think it’s cool. Now she’s telling people that my friend hit her with a bottle and that’s not true.” Hmmm…but
Joseline was scratched in the face so something happened.  While last night, Mimi told Joesline, “Good luck with your baby,” after she told her she was preggers by Stevie. He is a hot mess, right? Anyhoo, Mimi  tweeted,    "Doing the show was a blessing and a curse. Id still be in the dark and clueless had I not done it. It's been rumored for months that the former Miss USA will be on season 5 of "RHOA." She even hinted at being cast for an Atlanta reality show, right? So why is  Kenya Moore is yet again brushing off reports that she's joined "The Real Housewives of Atlanta."?Despite numerous sightings with the cast and reports from the set, Kenya is still playing coy about her status on the cast. She recently told followers on Twitter not to be fooled by rumors that make their way online.When asked about a picture of her with some of the cast members, Kenya tweeted, "Some people are so thirsty they send fake stories to bloggers #nothingsurprisesme."

Could Shaunie O’Neal’s cub, Marlon Yates Jr. be creeping on her with a member of the “Basketball Wives” crew? Remember a few weeks ago in “It’s Like That” I told you Draya Michele from “Basketball Wives: LA” reportedly sent out some tweets to Shaunie’s boo that seemed a little suspicious?  Draya’s tweets were seemingly written while she and Marlon were in the midst of a conversation via direct message. Draya tweeted: “@MarlonYatesJr lol. No I’m chillin. Impatient if anything. Never mad.”“@MarlonYatesJr marlon I’m confused. What am I mad about?” Marlon did not send a tweet back to Draya using her Twitter handle, but followed up with a tweet simply expressing his affection for Shaunie. “I Love My Woman…..,” it read.Apparently, Draya felt the need to reply to Marlon’s romantic sentiment by tweeting, “RT @MarlonYatesJr: I Love My Woman….#thingsamansays.” While these tweets don’t serve as hard evidence that Marlon is stepping out on Shaunie, they have definitely caused them to get a serious side eye…BTW, saw Draya and Lauara Govan  at an after party for the BET Awards. They so tiny! I’m gonna send them some Gates BBQ.

The Braxtons are returning with six new hour-long episodes for Season 3 at the end of this summer. Some of the tea includes: Tamar really  trying to conceive a baby with hubby Vincent, Trina still going back and forth with Gabe (still?), Traci trying to open her hair salon in Maryland (another: still? Didn’t your daddy warn you?), Towanda trying to talk her husband into her  being Tamars surrogate and Evangelist/Mama Evelyn starting life coaching, while Toni breaking out her new music. The new season of "Braxton Family Values premieres Thursday, August 16th 8pm only on WE tv. So excited..but why only 6 episodes?

The Aunt Iris and Uncle Sam Docket: It looks like the megabucks Nas is paying Kelis in child and spousal support isn’t enough to keep Kelis out of financial trouble. A tax lien was filed against Kelis in New York City cuz  Kelis failed to pay taxes in 2004 and 2010. The total she owes for those two years is $330,426.71.  While Lauryn Hill could be sentenced to serious prison time for skipping out on her taxes. Lauryn pleaded guilty to tax evasion charges in New Jersey on Friday. She owes taxes on more than $1.8 million that she earned between 2005 and 2007.She faces up to three years in prison when she is sentenced in November.
 
In the meantime, Lauryn's babydaddy Rohan Marley is holding off on his plans to wed Brazilian model Isabeli Fontana. According to MSN, Isabeli feels that this is not the time for them to get married because a wedding sour the "intimate and romantic moment" they are in.There's also word that the Isabeli's kids have yet to meet Rohann's children, and the model's sons are in no rush to meet their soon-to-be siblings. Ummm….okay.

And we not through with Ms. Hill. When comedian Mike Epps and the group Mindless Behavior were presenting the award for Best R&B Artist, the crowd wasn’t laughing too much when they clowned Lauryn Hill for her bad tax situation that she is currently dealing with. Mike Epps tried to sing in a joking manner, to which the group members of Mindless Behavior then said, “You sing BAD… like Lauryn Hill’s tax accountant bad.”  I was there and can wtiness noone was amused. Beyonce was allegedly furious about the tasteless joke on Lauryn, and so when she went up on stage to accept the award that Mindless Behavior and Mike Epps were presenting, she spoke out and defended Lauryn’s honor in a classic Beyonce show of class. “I want to thank all the talented R&B women that came before me like Lauryn Hill and Mary J. Blige,” were the words Beyonce edited into her speech on the fly. When she walked off stage she then allegedly spoke to a woman waiting for her backstage who is believed to be a BET handler, expressing her disgust in the Lauryn Hill comment. Beyonce called the Hill joke “disrespectful” and “not cool” before making her exit back to her seat. Meanwhile, the next day, Ray Ray of Mindless Behavior called in to 106 & Park to apologize for the joke and the way it was received: “I want to apologize about the Lauryn Hill joke… I didn’t mean no harm by it. I hope everyone can forgive me. It was like a big thing on Twitter and everything, so I truly apologize. I respect Lauryn Hill and all of them like that.” Ya’all better recognize! They tweeted an apology to Lauryn as well.

Philadelphia Eagles QB Michael Vick celebrated his nuptials to longtime girlfriend Kijafa Frink over the weekend. Guests at the celebration at the Fontainebleau in Miami Beach Saturday arrived to find they had to don rubber wrist bands that said “Crazy Love” to enter.  Vick went the traditional route and stayed at another hotel before the wedding. For the reception, Vick was announced and burst into the room “looking like he was coming out of the tunnel before a game.” His young son, Mitez, walked him down the aisle and his daughters Jada and London were flower girls. Later at the party, guests formed circles around the kids and they each took turns doing “dance solos” with other children in the crowd. And the food? Word is the menu included chicken and waffles and a cake that “looked like it was about 9 feet tall. Sunday night, Vick treated close friends and family to dinner at Prime 112 in South Beach. A fellow customer who saw Vick’s group having a hearty meal told us: “He seemed to be the happiest person there, bouncing around his table. He and his new wife, who at times was sitting on his lap, kissed a bunch of times. He was overheard saying how he felt lucky and blessed and was excited for this new part of his life.”  She has held him down through all his mess so glad he did right by her!

Katie Holmes doesn’t share the same religious fervor as her husband and that’s  one of the biggest reasons the actress filed for divorce with Tom Cruise. It  was an ongoing argument over exposing their daughter Suri  to Scientology. Cruise wants to send six-year-old Suri to the Sea Organization, a zealous Scientology group where children as young as five can be sent to live and learn the fundamentals of the religion. Even ex-Scientologists have criticized the organization’s boot camp teaching style. For Holmes, this was reportedly the final straw. TMZ reports the actress believed the only way to prevent Suri from being shipped away was file for divorce and gain legal custody of her child. Go ahead Katie – fight for your baby! Some say this could get real messy. This is divorce #3 for Tom. Tom, have you noticed the common denominator in your failed marriages is...you? Just sayin’….

Not really, but sources tell sources tell Kevin Frazier’s Hip Hollywood  Kanye gifted Kim K a gold skull statue with the engraving “KKW” on the rear. (sidebar: KKW stands for Kim Kardashian WEST. )And in case you weren’t aware, Kim still isn’t divorced from Kris. The statue is valued at a whopping $34,000.  Kanye snatched up the statue because he felt “inspired” after he found out Michael Jackson bought the same one for Elizabeth Taylor a few years ago. He’ll also  appearing in a provocative video for the debut of Polish-born model Anja Rubik’s new fashion magazine 25. The artistic-meets-erotic clip opens with a close-up of West’s face and quickly cuts to kaleidoscope-like sexual and violent images. Rubik said, “I thought it would be really interesting to make it seem like we were entering Kanye’s head.” That can be scary…

Movie news: Keke Palmer was recently spotted on the set of “Abducted: The Carlina White Story,” based on the life of a 23-year-old woman who was kidnapped as a baby, solved her own kidnapping and reunited with her biological parents 23 years later. The story came out in 2011The Los Angeles Times reports that Screen Gems has ordered a follow-up to the hit romantic comedy for the sequel “Think Like A Man.”

21 year old Marcus Jordan, son of Michael Jordan, was arrested after an altercation in Omaha at the  Embassy Suites 2am Monday morning . When popo arrived, they found Jordan arguing outside with two women.“The subject was very animated, intoxicated and uncooperative,” the police said in the statement. After a brief struggle, it took multiple officers to control and handcuff the suspect, police said. The 6'3" University of Central Florida baller was booked at the Douglas County Department of Corrections and then later released. SMH….

Rihanna has scrapped an appearance at the Rock In Rio festival in Madrid, Spain on Thursday night following the death of her beloved grandmother, Clara ‘Dolly’ Braithwaite, WHO  lost her battle with cancer over the weekend. Be in prayer – Rihanna loes her family. The star went ahead with a show in Sweden on Saturday, but came under fire from fans for her performance, with many taking to Twitter.com to suggest she was drunk. Not so. Grief got to her. Rihanna has now decided to take time off.

That’s So Raven” actor Orlando Brown has  another arrest warrant, just one month after he was arrested on an outstanding warrant related to his DUI case last year!  Ol’ boy failed to show up in court in Los Angeles last Friday to prove he has enrolled in an alcohol education program for his DUI case. The first bench warrant was issued in late May, also because Brown failed to offer up proof of enrollment. The 24-year-old actor is best known for playing Eddie Thomas on Raven-Symone’s Disney Channel sitcom “That’s So Raven.” This is when Disney kids go bad! But one who is all good? Raven Symone! She is the mother of Trinity!) …TV icon Andy Griffith died Tuesday morning at his home in Manteo, North Carolina. He was 86. I grew up watching his show while Daddy braided my hair to go to the sitter. Memories. Sigh. R.I.P.
