Rapper 50 Cent stirred up some major controversy over a recent response to a fan on Twitter. The tweet 50 wrote said, “Yeah just saw your picture fool you look autistic.” He then added, “I don’t want no special ed kids on my time line follow somebody else.” According to The Hollywood Reporter, the fan 50 responded to had criticized him, saying that he should release his upcoming record [5 (Murder by Numbers)] or he will get shot again – a reference to an incident in 2000 when 50 was shot nine times. The rapper later wrote an apologetic tweet that read, “I realize my autism comments were insensitive, however it was not my intention to offend anyone and for that I apologize.” Glad he said sorry! You growin’ up, 50! And at 37 you should...

11- year- old Kyle Glover is the son of Tameka Foster, the ex-wife of entertainer Usher Raymond, and Atlanta TV executive Ryan Glover. Usher’s reportedly brain-dead stepson remained in the hospital Monday as officials released the name of the man who allegedly struck him with a jet ski. Family friend Jeffrey S. Hubbard of Atlanta is under investigation for the Friday afternoon collision with the 11-year-old boy who was riding in an inner tube on Georgia’s Lake Lanier, an official told the Daily News.  “Basically, a pontoon was pulling two juveniles on an inner tube, and the watercraft ran over the top of them,” Sgt. Mike Burgamy with the Georgia Department of Natural Resources told The News.  Alcohol was not a factor, and investigators do not believe it was a mechanical malfunction, he said.  Both young victims – the other being an unidentified 15-year-old girl – were wearing life jackets, he said. The girl’s face was submerged when she was plucked from the lake by rescuers, but the boy’s face remained above water the entire time, he said, so his injuries did not involve partial drowning.“One minute the jet ski was running around, the next he ran over the top of them. It happened that quickly,” he said. “It appears the watercraft did strike both juveniles, with the male taking the brunt of the force.” And US Weekly reports Usher is "torn up" over the tragic accident. "Tameka and Usher don't get along, but in this circumstance Usher is coming to her side," a source told US. "Usher practically raised Kyle as his own. He's known him for seven years. It is so sad what happened." Be in prayer for a miracle! The AJC reports the lake is a hazard. This incident went down four days after the funeral for two brothers, Jake and Griffin Prince, killed in a June 18 boat wreck at the lake, the accident added impetus to the idea, among law enforcement and some who live on the lake, something needs to be done about boat safety in the state, where boat operators aren't licensed, there's no speed limit, and all too often alcohol is in the mix. The proliferation of personal watercraft has added the danger, they say. Injuries range from bumps and bruises to death.

things are not looking to great in Kris Humphries’ divorce case with Kim Kardashian. Things are going so “well” that his folks are advising him to give it up, turn it loose and settle with Kimmy.  Radar Online says  Humphries will ask Myla, whom he accused of trying to extort him, to take a paternity test. “He will ask for a paternity test when the baby is born. He had been claiming that their relationship was pretty casual, that she was a ‘booty call’ girl,” a source told the New York Post. “Kris’ lies have severely damaged his divorce case against Kim Kardashian. If he had just been honest with his lawyer about his relationship with Myla, he wouldn’t be in this position now!”  Word is Kris is now being advised to settle with Kim and move on. Meanwhile, Myla is scheduled to be deposed in the bitter divorce battle in the next two weeks. Yesterday, Myla tweeted a pic of herself, and practically denied the pregnancy rumors. Along with the pic she wrote, "look no baby bump.” So no baby...maybe? This again is a hot mess.

Former B2K member Raz B is thanking God after he almost died after falling through a glass door and slicing his wrist open on Sunday. The singer lost a significant amount of blood due to the freak accident in Shanghai, China where Raz has been performing for a few months. He told reporters he tripped in his hotel room but when he tried to break his fall, he went through a sliding glass door. The jagged pieces of glass caught his wrist while he was in the midst of falling and tore his arm wide open. Glass from the door cut through Raz B’s ligaments, nerves, and tendons. 

Reality tea: Things are getting physical on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.” A show source revealed that NeNe and Kandi Burruss got into a fight during the filming of season five, which is currently taking place! Whuuuuttt??? NeNe may be a tall but Kandi ain’t eva scared! Word is the scuffle will not be cut out during editing and will be on airwaves when the show returns in the fall. “It’s really bad,” says the insider, who says all of the ladies “have been real divas this season.” Man! Drama already! Fresh off Monday's episode of "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta," K. Michelle has released the anticipated mixtape  "0 F** Given". Uhhh...ok. On the heels of releasing mixtape there is a little drama associated with K. Michelle as of late. Following a few comments made on Twitter, her calling Tamar Braxton a "muppet" and Tamar allegedly filing papers on her, K. Michelle says "I wish her the best in whatever….I'm from Memphis and a piece of paper don't scare me. I wish her the best in whatever," K. Michelle said when asked about a possible cease and desist order. According to K. Michelle, Tamar is just one of many that come for her and it's funny because they don't expect her, as an artist, to respond."People always come for me and when I say something back, then I'm crazy or I'm out of control. People don't expect artists to do anything," says K. Michelle. "I'm not that type of artist. I'm a person first. You come for me, I'm gonna pop off on you. I don't fight all battles, but I feel like if you're on a platform certain things you shouldn't say unless you know something about (it)." As for Tamar's papers, K. Michelle says she can do whatever. I thought K. was cool when I interviewed her, but why you startin’ mess with Tamar? Her husband could buy you out til the end of time…you sure you wanna burn this bridge? Rumor has it while they are well into taping the second season  no one wants to tape with…Jackie Christie. So not surprised. Of course, the Govans really can’t stand her. After more than 25 years in stand-up comedy, Steve Harvey will take his final bow after his last stand-up performance scheduled for August.  The comedian,  now best-selling author, radio and TV host said his final stand-up performance will be bittersweet, but necessary to advance his career. “I’ve learned in life that oftentimes to the next level, you have [to] shed something. Usually, when you’re going to a much higher level, the thing that you shed is going to have to be something that you care very deeply about. The thing that I have to let go of at this point in my life is standup,” he told The Augusta Chronicle in March. Steve’s final farewell will air live from Las Vegas on Pay-Per-View August 2nd 10pm  as part of the 10th Ford Hoodie Awards.

Sandy Rose heard word out the A that a  well-known Atlanta rapper fired his mother/manager on Monday. After coming off of the Drake tour 3 weeks ago, dude found out  his mother had spent the $350,000 that he thought was coming to him. He  got the bad news from his mom’s office manager, whom the rapper looked up to like a grandmother. The office manager spilled the beans that all his money was gone due to his mom’s alleged reckless spending. His momanager reportedly bought $15,000 bags and $7,000 shoes with her son’s tour money. Who could this be? Hmmmm….Atlanta, momager, rapper… could it be….(fill in with your own guess!)

Apparently, Fantasia don't like the whole "TOLD YA!" Last week she allegedly got ditched  by her still married baby-daddy Antwaun Cook  for Kendra of the “Bad Girls Club”, reportedly used her time onstage at this year’s Essence Music Festival to reprimand her haters. Tasia  stopped in the middle of her show and told the critics in the crowd: “Sweep around your own front door before you try and clean around mine.” Fanny also told the crowd they could put that on their Facebook and their Twitters. Ouch. But some think she is pregnant again! Why? The pic of her rubbing her belly in Instagram. Maybe she is just bloated or holding her dress/robe together??? I hope there is no baby #3 – especially with Twaun. And this cat...SMH. Kendra, did you not get the memo about this dude?

It’s starting to seem like Siohvaughn  D Wade’s ex-wife is truly off her rocker. Everybody ain’t lyin’ yesterday a judge was supposed to make a ruling on a request from Wade that Siovaughn be denied any visitation rights after she failed to return her son’s to his custody the day before Father’s Day. But that decision was delayed when Siovaughn’s lawyer, Michael Haber, who is representing her in both criminal court on misdemeanor charges, including child abduction, and the custody hearing, asked to be removed from the case. But peep it:  this is the 12th lawyer from the sixth law firm to represent Siohvaughn!!! On Monday, her lawyer essentially told the judge he couldn’t do it anymore. According to the Chicago Sun-Times, he said:“Our relationship has broken down to the point that I can no longer represent Ms. Wade. Our interests are adverse to one another.” Siovaughn, thus proving she is special, doesn’t feel the same. She asked the judge to deny Michael Haber’s request because of his familiarity with the case—he’s her longest-serving attorney to date—and the fact that she’s running out of cash. She stated in court:“I beg of you, judge, please. The escrow account is fleeting. It can’t be done.” That’s on you, boo. Stop all this clownin’! Her claim  is an asthma attack on the day she was to return her boys to Dwayne was the cause for the delay. She also alleges that “it’s typical” for D to return their sons late to her custody but somehow those instances have never been seen as a violation of her rights. Dwayne’s attorney James B. Pritikin jumped quickly to his client’s defense, saying flight delays out of Miami are the only cause for any of Dwayne’s late custodial exchanges. “Mr. Wade has never discouraged that the kids visit their mother. In fact, he’s done everything to encourage it. But [the Father’s Day episode] is not an isolated incident,” he said. “His position is that she has issues, and she needs to deal with those issues.” Let church say “amen.”The next hearing is scheduled for 1:30 pm Friday.

In other docket news, that didn’t take long! Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes announced yesterday they had reached a divorce settlement. "The case has been settled and the agreement has been signed. We are thrilled for Katie and her family and are excited to watch as she embarks on the next chapter of her life,” read a statement from the actress’ attorney. "We thank Tom's counsel for their professionalism and diligence that helped bring about this speedy resolution." Details of the settlement were not released. Tom Cruise may fork over as much as $40 or $50 million to Katie Holmes in their divorce settlement, according to one celeb attorney.
Meanwhile, TMZ reports that it was Cruise and Holmes' daughter Suri who was "the peacemaker" between her parents in their divorce deal.

Former NFL receiver who played with the Chiefs, Andre Rison, was sentenced on Monday in federal district court in Phoenix to five years' probation and more than $300,000 in restitution for not paying child support. Dude failed to pay more than $10,000 between August 2008 to August 2011. The indictment says the due date for his payments had passed about three years ago. The 13-year-old child lived in Phoenix at the time the payments were due. Rison also is expected to continue monthly child support payments of close to $2,350. Hope he still got some cash.

Final docket news comes from Missy Elliot. She says her brand new Lamborghini is being held captive by an Illinois car dealership! Huh? She filed a lawsuit in Florida against Fox Valley Motor Cars, claiming she entered into an agreement with the dealership last year to buy a 2012 Matte White Lambo Aventador for $376,000, agreed to make a down payment that included $30,000 in cash AND her 2005 Bentley (valued at $85,000). In return, Missy claims the dealership agreed to ship the Lambo by mid 2012 … but never did. Missy says she contacted Fox Valley for an explanation — and was told the terms of the deal had changed because the market value of the car had risen and demanded way more money in exchange for the vehicle. That’s some bull.
