Usher has decided to change his approach in his brutal custody battle with Tameka Foster following a tragic jet ski accident that left Tameka's son Kyle Glover, 11, brain dead. Word is  Usher is now seeking to settle his custody dispute with Tameka aiming for 50/50 custody of their two sons, Usher V and Nayvid, with an increase in child support. Tameka, however, has refused the offer. As a result,  his legal team to draft another proposal that would give Tameka "a majority" of custody and a significant bump in child support. Tameka hasn't gotten the new offer just yet, but sources say that she is open to a "reasonable settlement" with Usher. They are by his bedside in prayer continuously.  Keep praying for a miracle.

Michael Clarke Duncan, 54, of The Green Mile fame was hospitalized around 2:00 a.m. Friday after going into cardiac arrest in his Los Angeles home. TMZ reports that the actor, who’s dating reality TV star Omarosa Stallworth, could have saved his life. O performed CPR before t he was taken to the hospital. Hope all is well!

Critics argue that there aren’t many wives in the cast of “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” but Phaedra Parks hinted that may be changing. “I think there might be a few weddings this season. I smell a wedding,” Phaedra told Paper magazine. Now let’s see…who is hemmed up already: Phaedra, Cynthia Bailey and Kim Zolciak, while  NeNe Leakes is divorced and Kandi Burruss is dating a member of the show’s crew.  Some speculate that Phaedra, who introduced Kandi to her current beau Todd Tucker, was hinting that Kandi may be walking down the aisle soon. Kandi announced earlier this year that she and Todd were making plans to move in together but we shall see. While NeNe denies scrappin' with Kandi and facing termination for hitting a producer. Umkay....

Anyhoo,  she is said to have stolen basketball player Rashard Lewis -who used to date Khloe Kardashian before Lamar Odom- from his pregnant girlfriend and moved in with him in North Carolina. Woah. Brooke is now back in California and she Draya used to be besties. However, that was before  before the show, but Draya for somre reason was salty about her possible addition to the cast! Last Saturday, MC Hammer told "In the Mixx" host Gina Glickman Giordan that he could’ve been  Bobby Brown! No, not smokin’, drankin’ Bobby but as in “Mr. Bobby-Whitney Houston”! He says during the Super Bowl XXV in 1990 when Whitney performed “The Star-Spangled Banner”, her father John tried to play Cupid by pulling the two of them into a room together and told him that he should consider marrying his daughter. “And, I said, ‘I’d love to but I’m already married’,” he said. At the time he and his wife Stephanie Fuller had just celebrated their five-year wedding anniversary. The two are still married and have five children together. “I love my wife dearly but, I always laughed about that. Always a big fan of Whitney. I loved Whitney and miss her dearly,” he said. Toya Wright denies that she did anything to justify a $1 million lawsuit against her for breach of contract. Toya is  working on her follow-up book to Priceless Inspirations, but she may have to find a new publisher, since Farrah Gray Publishing, the company responsible for printing and distributing her first book, is suing. The book placed on the New York Times Bestseller list, but the company’s attorneys have accused Toya of not properly promoting the work. Uhhh…did you not get the memo? Homegirl made the BEST SELLERS LIST! Obviously, it was promoted! Toya took to Twitter to refute the claims, and officially responded through a spokesperson. “Mrs. Wright consistently went above and beyond her contractual obligations which included: Self- funding a college tour promoting Priceless Inspirations, Cross promotion of her Ampro endorsement by placing the book cover on Ampro products nationwide and allowing Farrah Gray Publishing the platform to promote her book on her highly successful reality show on Black Entertainment Television," Toya’s reps said in a statement.According to reports, Toya is also accused of selling the book privately, which is considered a “direct, contributory and vicarious inducement of copyright infringement, unfair competition and breach of contract.”

Former Roc-A-Fella records star Beanie Sigel has been sentenced to two years in prison for failing to file federal income taxes for several years. Dude pled guilty in August 2011 of not filing federal tax returns or the years 2003, 2004 and 2005, and on July 12, Sigel went into a U.S. District Court in Philadelphia for sentencing.  Sigel told the judge that he took “total responsibility” for his crimes, but complained that some of his greedy family members spent all of his money while he was serving time on drug and gun charges in 2004 and 2005. “I haven’t been able to get my career back on track since,” Sigel told the court. He  has until Sept. 12 to surrender himself to authorities to begin serving his sentence.

Motherhood comes easy for singer/songwriter Alicia Keys according to her husband Swizz Beats. The two welcomed their first child together nearly two years ago and parenting came naturally to Keys. 'She's just a natural mom," Swizz told PEOPLE at the ESPY Awards on Wednesday (7/12). "She even surprised my mom, who wanted to give her tips but was like, 'What tips can I give her?! She's already ahead of the game.'''Swizz also added that he looks forward to having more kids with Keys, ''God willing, yes. Everything just has to flow.'' Outside of their 21-month old toddler Egypt Daoud, Beatz also has three other kids –  one in particular with Mashonda and another  one overseas that he had while married to Mashonda. If you think he creid on TV, he really gonan cry about this! Free agent NFL wide receiver Terrell Owens is $20,000 behind in child support payments and could be facing jail time. This fool failed to show up for his child support hearing  Thursday! The judge was hotttt! Judge John Goger was very upset.  Owens’ attorney David Hartin told the judge to blame him for Owens not showing up, since there was a communication failure. Then you need to be fired! The case has been rescheduled for July 19th and if Owens once again fails to show up, he’ll likely be headed to jail.

The-Dream and Christina Milian are clearly not on good terms. Christina slammed her ex-husband’s parenting skills in an interview that made it’s way across these internets and now he’s coming at her. On Thursday, The-Dream lashed out at Christina on Twitter, saying it was a publicity stunt and then tweeted: “She had a plan to come up before she met me I called her on it. Go digging for gold u might find it.. But its hard to carry that much weight.” No you did not! This coming from the man who cheated on his wife with his assistant when she was about to give birth to his child. Sit down!

Tom Cruise’s lawyer has sent a letter to The National Enquirer threatening to sue over their latest issue, with the headline “House of Horrors.” He  claims will cause “hundreds of millions of dollars” in damages to the actor. In the meantime, he will pay 10 milli in child support by the time Suri is 18. Kate didn’t get a lump sum? I don’t know if I buy it….
