Thomas Marasciullo claims in a federal lawsuit that Weezy and Birdman stole his voice and used it on two CDs. Ol boy says he recorded some "Italian-styled" spoken words for Cash Money Records in 2006 but was never paid or told how the recordings were to be used, a lawsuit filed yesterday in Manhattan Federal Court claims. "Like Father, Like Son" came out in October 2006 with Marasciullo's recordings on it, the suit says. In December 2007, Birdman and Lil Wayne released a CD again with Marasciullo's voice, the lawsuit says. SO you know he wanna get paid right? No comment from Cash Money yet.

BV Buzz dropped dime that Solange Knowles is no longer signed to Interscope/Geffen Records. BV Buzz’s previous story, back in April, caused backlash from both Solange and her pops Mathew Knowles with them denying it. But now Music World Entertainment says: “Solange felt it necessary to go with a smaller, independent label that focuses more on the alternative genre, one that reflects her music style and artistry. Solange is working on a new album and the label will be announced shortly. The relationship with Interscope is excellent and the current album, ‘Sol-Angel and the Hadley Street Dreams’ is still being worked through the Music World/ Interscope joint venture with consistent weekly sales.” The sags continues.

While homie Kelly Rowland was spotted getting her grub on while chillin' in Miami. Allegedly, how about her drunken, raggedy step daddy blasted her saying, “If it wasn’t for Destiny’s Child, this (b - word) would just be pregnant in the projects!” Bitter man. SMH.

Chris Brown may not "mess wit" "Bad Girls Club" contestant Natalie Nunn -- but according to her, he wanted her to be wifey. WHUT! TMZ got her on tape talking about how much she wants Breezy-- a dude who she says "might beat Rihanna" but "doesn't beat me." SMH again!

"For the Love of Ray J" contestant Monica “Danger” Leon gave birth to her first child, a girl named Mayara on October 18th. The BD -baby daddy- is none other than Gabriel Cannon - Nick's brother. Her publicist says, “Monica Leon AKA Danger of VH1’s hit reality show, For the Love of Ray J, has delivered a beautiful, healthy baby girl. She and the baby are doing very well and want to thank everyone for praying for the baby’s safe arrival. Monica would like to thank her fans for their kind words of support. Monica would also like to send a special thanks to everyone who has helped with the advancement of her career.” Career? Ok. She'll appear on season 2 of "For the Love of Ray J", starting Monday.

Joining Tyra Banks, Nigel Barker and the rest of the ‘America’s Next Top Model’ crew, Eddie Murphy has signed on to appear on the finale of this season’s ‘Top Model’ ! Daughter Bria Murphy also appears in Gucci Mane and Usher’s new video for “Spotlight”.

Our ybf fam dropped dime that Sanaa Lathan’s new man Steve Rifkind -founder and CEO of SRC Records- is not really into the sistas as previously believed. A source claims Steve purposely uses black women in the industry for the lovin' and sistas are just "his thing".

Jay Z has come under fire recently for what is being deemed anti-Christian lyrics on his track “Empire State of Mind.” I haven't paid attention to the lyrics just the beat. I got to look this up. The video just dropped. Of course, I just want Alicia's thigh high boots she wore the other night! See 'em?! Short sistas can rock 'em, too! Anyhoo, in other Jay news, Beanie Sigel disses J on the track ‘Average Cat’. Here's a bit of what he says: “How it feel to get exposed? Don’t you feel naked?/ I was a fly on the wall, I witnessed/ I can say s-word that will make B look at you different...” Jay is too old for rap beef. Really. We'll see what happens.

That's it for now. Have a blessed, safe weekend. Talk to ya Monday!
