Mike Carter, President of Carter Broadcast Group, Inc. was presented with the Patriot Award from ESGR (Employer Support of The Guard and Reserve). The award recognizes Mr. Carter for contributing to national security and protecting liberty and freedom by supporting employee participation in America's National Guard and Reserve Force.
