Kansas City’s Starlight Theatre announces the Fifth Annual Vincent Legacy Scholarship Program. This financial need-based scholarship opportunity for ethnically diverse students in grades 6, 7 and 8 is provided by the not-for-profit Starlight Theatre and local community leaders Greg and Rebecca Reid.
If you are a minority middle-school student with singing, dancing or acting talent, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for!
