Superfly — Writer Alex Tse, who penned Watchmen, and Director X, who is best known for directing music videos for Drake and Rihanna, team up for this remake of the 1972 blaxploitation film Super Fly. Trevor Jackson — stepping into the role originally played by Ron O’Neal — stars as Youngblood Priest, a career criminal whose attempt to escape the Atlanta drug scene is threatened by a deal gone bad.
