Marcus Peters traded to LA Rams??

News broke out today that Chiefs cornerback Marcus Peters is being traded to the Los Angeles Rams and it seems like the city is split on the reaction of the trade. I’ve seen some people say that they’re upset with the trade and don’t understand why the Chiefs would trade away possibly their best defensive player. I’ve also seen or heard people say that he didn’t want to be in KC or that he was being disruptive in the locker room and won’t miss him. Some might want to make it a racial thing with him boycotting the national anthem and I won’t buy into that for one bit. I think this is a Clark Hunt call if you ask me. Of course I don’t have any special sources in the team to confirm that so this is only opinion, but from the time I’ve been in KC since 2008, I’ve noticed how the Chiefs don’t really have big personalities on their team. Maybe that’s not Clark Hunt’s speed and possibly Coach Andy Reid had a say in it. All I know is the Chiefs have to get something great in value if you’re gonna trade a piece like that from your team. The cornerback position is gonna look very different in KC next year with Eric Berry coming back. But what is Berry coming back to? Guess we’ll find out soon enough.
