Favorite things about Kansas City: There’s plenty of places to visit and lot of restaurants to eat at! I also like the pride and passion people from Kansas City have about their town. Especially for their hometown teams!

Favorite Movie: Scarface. I have never seen a gangsta with so much class and morals like Tony Montana! Say hello to my little friend!!!!

Why Playmaker? My favorite player from football was Michael Irvin from the Dallas Cowboys. I like to do some music for fun on the side so one day I said that for my name on a record and it’s stuck with me since. And that sounds better than Stimpy on air since that was my other nickname!

How Did You Get Into Radio? My passion is sports and music. I wanted to be a sportscaster but everybody at school would tell me I should get into radio because I knew the lyrics to every song the radio would play! So when I was at Kansas State and found out they had openings for people who wanted to try out to be on the radio station on campus. Lucky me, I got on my freshman year and haven’t looked back since! That was 1998!
