When it comes to investing into the community, the founders of G.I.F.T. are doing it big. G.I.F.T. – Generating Income For Tomorrow – has a primary goal: to create a clear path to economic prosperity and wealth for the African American community. They specifically help businesses in the zip codes on the east side of Troost, still impacted by redlining of the 1920’s and 1930’s. In fact, G.I.F.T. has given out over $680,000 in just two years.
