Viral social media posts state a serial killer is targeting young Black girls in Kansas City. The online reports state that four have been killed and three are missing, around 82nd and Troost, surrounding the former President Gardens housing area. As KCPD has stated reports are not verifiable, President of AdHoc Group of Crime, Damon Daniel, further speaks on the reports.
