Happy New Year! While folks come out the gate with their “word of the year”, health plans and #goals, when you start hot, unfortunately things can stop cold. But why?
Did you know research reveals the average date people tend to give up on their New Year’s resolutions is around the second Friday of January, often called “Quitter’s Day”? That would mean this Friday, January 10th. As motivation significantly drops for many people, it’s also easy to get stuck. Unrealistic expectations, a lack of rest from 2024, distractions and more are contributing factors.
