Over the past three years, I have had multiple friends leave their jobs due to burnout. One had a plan so she had already stacked her chips but knew another career trajectory was on the way. Another took a faith jump and will start her work search after a needed sabbatical. My other home girl has the privilege to not work for however long it takes for her to decide what to do in her next chapter.
Chile, everybody ain’t able.
